Do you offer web hosting with your maintenance plan?
Yes we do but it is certainly not a requirement. We realize many business owners have their own hosting and there is no need to change a hosting company. If you are satisfied with the service. If you need hosting, we will gladly provid it. Our website maintenance service with hosting is additional $20 a month.
I’m sure you can acquire hosting for less money. But that would be shared hosting. We only use premium hosting companies. The security of our clients websites is of the most importance to us, and although there are many inexpensive hosting programs out there. We prefer the peace of mind knowing we are dealing with one of the best.
Are there any set up or cancellation fees with your website maintenance service?
If we are building or redesigning your website. There is no set up fee. And there is never a cancellation fee. Our website maintenance service is a month to month plan. We do not want you to feel like you’re getting committed to a long-term agreement. We want you to be able to terminate the service at any time, If you’re not happy with our performance.
What happens if I don't opt to join the maintenance plan?
if you decide that maintenance plan is not necessary, then you should realize that if and when something goes wrong, you’re on your own. Of course, will be glad to help you, but it will be at our normal hourly rate which is much higher than the maintenance plan program rate.

If your site should get hacked compromised in any way while you’re on the plan, we will take care of cleaning the site and getting everything squared away with Google at no cost to you. But let me reassure you to date we’ve had zero hacks or breaches any sites on our maintenance plan.
What happens if I have updates that require more than one hour of your service question?
We will always try to get your updates done within one hour to save you some extra cost. If you have an extraordinary amount of updates that require more hours we will give you an estimate of the time that it would take to get done at our hourly rate. Or you could choose to save some of your updates for the following month at no additional cost.
What if I don't take the maintenance plan and my site gets hacked?
